meaning ill be able to take the 09 GTS intake and use it on my 08 GTS ? will it still have the same HP gain as if on the 09? or should i expect slightly lower?

Do not worry about power. If you have a a 2.0 or 2.4 it is going to behave a little different. 08 GTS is a 2.0 not a 2.4. Not quite the same power.

Yea i know the engine sizes thats why i was curious to see if having the 09's intake would be better on an 08 then the ready made 08's SRI. thank you for your answers! =)
