lowered what, timing? If you lowered it for a reason (knock?), then just lean the mix up to where you want it rather than going back on that timing decision. If it needs to be pulled, then pull it I say (and that's what she says)

I got a new motor bc I got a rele good deal on it and I don't have to wait for the repairs to the head and all that and it's together already and done!

The wife was NOT amused when I mentioned it. She seemed to think I was joking first, then she went to a sort of "are you clinically insane?" mode, and then finally she understands I'm really actually asking which prompts her to go into explanation mode. Her reasons are sound though, with Christmas coming up and the stuff that needs to be fixed on the house I just can't justify it. You know, I couldn't justify the turbo either though....but here we are.

who knows the torque specs for the arp head studs...i forgot.....i think its 60ft/lbs...correct me if im wrong

60-65 pounds, are you getting the motor ready lol, how much were you wanting just for the bottom block?

just what i thought (about the torque specs)....... well the motor is going to the shop to get checked and if u take it u will get the paper proof that everything is good to go....i pm'ed u

well i managed to do the timing in one shot

when cylinder 1 is up at its highest point, the crank and cam gear line up perfectly

thats all there is to it right lol ???? or could it still be in the wrong turn ( ie. exhaust or intake )
