our car cant handle the crankcase pressure and as a result this happens while boosting 16 pounds at 270 whp
the dipstick blew out!!!

I have had that happened to me, I might get my car dynoed tomorrow, I think Im pushing the same horsepower as you with my stock motor

You need a crankcase vent somewhere. All the built pressure needed to go somewhere, without the proper vent setup the dipstick is the first choice. Seen it happend before. I nice valve cover/oil catch can w/ breather wouldve saved you. Sorry about your incident..

From the looks at your catch can, its not venting at all. You need a breather of some sort on the can. Currently its seems (from pics) that there is no sign of venting in your setup.

Thats the issue I'm having, I have to vents going into one catch can with the same size diameter as 1 pipe so I'm gonna do 2 catch cans

soon as my new brake setup is on and car fixed.....its gone....moving on to something different

got a question about the dyno though........i wrote on the paper that my max rev was to 6000 rpms, why would ivey take it to 7k rpms? was this damaging in any way or bad for the tune?

damn it seems like everyone turbos the lancer, gets if finally running right and wants to sell it.

I wanna keep mine forever with a second car on the side but I def want to keep it forever.

you switching to discs in the back?? Are you using ralliart parts to do it or what??

looks like hes doing discs in the back and that is a conversion kit piece if I recall however I think if you swap over ralliart parts you need to go 5 lug
