update.....after a whole summer of no car...the day has come where the breaks are done and the header is almost complete....only started today lol

are u mig welding that? doesnt look like tig.. also.. what grade steel is that? the normal 14gauge raw steel used on exhausts doesnt really work to well on turbo manifolds.. it can/will warp easlly.

im not doing it, my neighbor is, he has built his headers like this for his turbo mustang and turbo camaro both making over a 1000 hp and hasnt had a problem.
also making brackets to hold the turbo so the header is not supporting everything
