so i've been reading through the majority of this thread and I would love a turbo for my 09 gts. Having a ton of power and being the fastest guy around are by no means my primary concern though. I bought my car for the reliability, and the fact that it was brand new off the floor. So being a turbo noob, my question is how reliable is an aftermarket kit for a DD? Things such as turbo timer, higher octane, syn oil are obvious, and I would guess stock internals could handle 260-280 without any problem but could be wrong..?

i have 09 gts Turbo... stock internals... runs great... to answer the question of reliability... it all depends on You... if you take care of it... like Reg. Matiance... it should last you a long long time... but if dont do that... like Rip on it everyday stay in boost all the time... over time something will fail... remember this is with stock internals... all in all it depends on the driver...

5th injector setup has proved to be the best for driveability, power, and mileage.
