2 1/2 is plenty for 10 psi ish. 2 1/4 is even better for our setup. Too big and you get boost creep. Boost runs away past where you want it to be and then you know what happens.......

the bracket held the wastegate at a weird angle so the rod rubbed up against it, causing it to stay open very little at idle. I thought it was the wastegate not being tight enough, so i tightened it, etc, etc, and then used the MBC to stabalize the boost. if I would have known that the bracket was causing the sticking open problem, I would have stopped everything and waited to retune until I could get a new bracket made. now, I have a new bracket (made by me this time) and the rod has a straight shot to the flapper arm, and a 5 lb spring this time, so all is well when i re-turbo, hopefully this summer. birthday is this weekend so we'll see what kind of cash I get! haha
oh and it has been confirmed that the dyno I got tuned on had a messed up AFR reading, because EVERYONE that got tuned that day was running way lean on the streets, so that was the other problem haha

I was not referring to you, Yizac. I was referring to guys wanting too large of an exhaust. A good wastegate setup can still have a case of creep if the exhaust freewheels the exhaust side too much. Word to the wise regarding exhausts!
