Turbo or Supercharge

me and some friends were pondering the other day and came up to that with those of us who drive the CVT a supercharger is the way to go since when you fly it on "D" you can get a flat RPM base as with the ratios, and not to mention there would be no "missed shift" period either.
also one threw in the idea of using a low PSI supercharger and later on adding a high PSI Turbo, would this even be possible without eventually having your engine go faster than your car (like the Viper Engine in the Neon fiasco)

i wish they make a supercharger kit for our cars and as far as the high temp issues someone said earlier thats what theres meth injection and heat exchangers for i have a few friends with cobalt ss's and i love the wine of their s/c
