This friday i will be ordering the last of the parts i need for the build! AMS is to far away so i think im going to take the car to Buscher and have them tune it. Since the wideband i want costs 399. And they charge less to tune.

a wideband is the most important gauge, you'll need it.

Take it from me man if you have to wait longer to be boosted and have all the right equipment I would go that route. My AEM UEGO only cost me $182 brand new including tax and shpping and it works awesome, logs fine.

Yah but i really want te zeitronix Zt-2 + SILVER LCD Display. It would be about a month before i could get the money for it. Also who did you get your UEGO from? Also for the above post ^ The You would need a good port job done to the head + what you mentioned.

u'll like the zietronix. i have the older one and it rocks. all connected with phone line and cat 5e network cable, plus very simple to trouble shoot if it is ever needed.

Ebay lol. If the zeitronix is the one you want I would just push the build back a month. You never know there could be other things your over looking too. Is this your DD? Are you installing head studs? If so and not your dd you could start tearing into that while you gather the money for your WB. Plus then you can port the intake mani too.

The Car is my DD. And my only car that is not a handful in the snow so i cannot afford the car to be down at all. And i was not planning on installing head studs at this point. And for the intake manifold im going to be making my own intake for the car as soon as the turbo is on and complete. And i dont have much for break upgrade only brembo rotors. And the suspension is completely stock. But when it starts to go bad its going to get tein coilovers.

Sending off my 10.5 hotside to have it ceramic dipped sometime this week. Ordered my Honda Mini radiator. And a few of other Misc parts but I still need my turbo blanket. I am going to wait till after Christmas to due to the fact I can’t afford the wideband that I want. Also going to junkyard’s this weekend to get a 501.

why would you get the turbine housing ceramic coated and then get a turbo blanket...? All you need to do is one or the other, both is just a waste of money

That's not always true. I want to keep the heat where it’s supposed to be as much as possible and using both does it better. Kind of like if you’re really cold do you use a sheet or a sheet and a blanket.

intercooler set up?

Does anyone know how you set up a intercooler for an evo 8 turbo? The only thing I need to know is where the piping connects to and what piping do I need for a 02 lancer es. And when you install the turbo where does the blow off valve connect to?
