wait, who blew their motor exactly, name names damn it...hehe... i wanna know, i used to want the supercharger, but i am feeling the turbo more, especially aftering riding in a turbo car, also Raptor, where did u get ur SC, what are the numbers on that bad boy? would it fit the usdm lancers?

The Lancer I have is CE with the 1.8. The stock WRXs are easy, but the sucker I raced had plenty of mods, high boost, BIG I/C, 4.11 diff gears, Street race dog box and blah blah blah.
The CG has been released for 10 months or so now, it has the 4G94 2 litre. No mod kits for those here yet, anything over there?? Like T/C and S/C kits............I would imagine there are plenty.

SC's are not slow by any means... they actually produce good effecient power but when compaired to a turbo setup you should not be able to overcome its hp/lb of boost ratio on a 4 cylinder. 6cyls are basically equal... and on a V-8 i'd go SC all the way.
The SC just drains the 4 cyl to much on the low end. I give you mad props on your setup Raptor. A 1.8 with 180whp at 10psi is great. If you had a 2.0 you'd probably be at 210-220whp at that boost. In comparison though at 9psi i put down around 240whp/tq and at 11psi i put down around 265whp/tq... No SC has come close to that yet. On 4 cyl. turbo's rule in my opinion.
I think the reason why zoo had issues is he's an automatic... I ran into similiar problems but i guess i'm just a little better when i comes to the lancer. I figured out its secrets an got Guru Del boosting 9psi strong for almost a month now.

hi guys i am back..sorry for being away...ive been werkin like a mexican
..well..here it goes...i had a hose leak dat goes directly on top of da valve cover....2 of my piston was runing lean...it could be caused by da hose...when i was boostin one day around 5psi I hear a POP! so yes da motor blew....well...while da was at ripp...we beefed up da motor...why not since it had to fixed right...well it back on da road..and i am currently breakin it in as we speak...we put in forged pistons from JE, new head studs, new valves, and etc...i dun even know what else they did...hahaha..maybe i should ask....
its runnin great and i have been checkin da engine bay everyday before i drive and everyone else should with major engine upgrades...
if u guys want to drop by my dealership and check it out...by all means do so
