26'' tall tires in the rear. think there 175/75/15 tires.. ehh M&H racemasters skinnies.. i wanted to go smaller like a 155/75 or a 26x4 instead of the 26x5.7 that these are.. but figured the little extra meat in the tires would help with driving on the street. ive got till the 20th to get the car rolling again. so im not exactly rushing to get anything finished. but wish the front hubs were finished being installed, its been a big headache

I believe you! Our hubs are majorly dumb! I had to and it was the biggest headache on the car yet! Even worse is waiting on the parts stores to order a wheel bearing and finding out that the 04-06 Oz's don't use the Es' bearing but the Ls'. Talk about some bs lol. I def. don't recommend anyone to do it unless it HAS to be done lol

truck broke down on the way to work today. so all the money i saved up for fixxin n finishing the car was spent on putting new battery n alternator on the truck today.. had to leave it in a parking lot in the dark, got the parts during my lunch break and me and my buddy with flashlights in our mouths replaced them both (both tested bad) only took about 45mins to do.. but thats cuz we couldnt see anything, did not come to a stop in the right place.. ah well.. now i gotta wait till friday to do what i need to on the car.

Done it a few times on my car (didnt realize hub was bent causing them to go bad within months). Fairly simple process only way to damage the new bearing is by not getting it straight while pressing in the bearing and trying to force it in.

donno yet.. no one can seem to do it. dropped off my one spindle at my machine shop and left it with them cuz no one else can seem to get it out. no mechanic shop around me does bearings, they all send it off, and the 2 people i know of that do have a machine press's wont do the work. so currently my car has been down for 2 weeks cuz no one will f*n put in my new bearing. and no idea how much my machine shop is gunna charge me once hes able to get it out..

if my machine shop cant do it by friday. im gunna go get two very large sockets. and get it out with a 10lbs sledge. ....

Ill heat the spindle. and freeze the bearing, and use a slightly smaller socket to put it back in witha sledge. Done that once before, worked great. but just didnt want to do that to mine. normally goes back in pretty easy,

not sure how big it is but cant you just use vice grips that you turn with a handle on a bench?
