Im somewhere around .025 on all mine. give or take some on each one.
ur Gap could be to small.. but i doubt it, i had it at like .02 for a long time.

Um. i would start by checking ur injectors. u could have a leak on the grommits between the intake and injector or something like that causing those lean spikes. but.. boost leak check the car. or listen for intake leaks. see if u can find them. but a vac leak or boost leak could cause those random lean spikes.

I it has to be the injectors I havent had any boost problems around 10 pounds, and we had a hard time tuning them as well.

What injectors do you reccomend for my future setup with my built block and stock turbo set up? 880 would be nice again but im thinking I should jump to some 1000cc so I can run my fp red turbo later in the future when I get money.

also how much power can my block make? k1 rods, 10:5:1 weisco pistions, and arp studs? zulu says around 400hp at the most but everyone else is saying it can run more?

if ur gunna go to a bigger injector, depends on what kinda fuel u want to run. and how much boost. u could get away with 880s on e85 at 15psi more then likely, 1000s would give u a little more headway, im at basically 60% duty cycle on my 1200s at 15psi on e85. but i doubt u would want to push much more boost then that with a 10.5:1 setup. if ur not going to use e85, well then 880s will be more then enough, im sure 600s would be fine also on pump.

your built block was build around the notion of being able to handle 400hp. thats what those rods are rated for.

im going to see if I can stick to pump gas, and get some 1000s, and I would like to do 20 pounds of boost on the built block. I just want to know what the max hp is

I spoke to a guy from k1 technologies he said you will be able to hit your goal easily with the block which is 500 whp i need to look in to intake, head, and turbo solutions. demon do you know how much power you will make when your set up is done

'My setup' that i want isnt even this one. lol.

but this setup, whatever the stock ignition will handle.

Whenever i get it rolling again with a new trans, ill be tuning on dyno for 24psi more then likely. and ill see where that puts me at the strip. hopen for 450-500 at 24psi. Might be adding a little bit of nitrous also to help with getting off the line

that was a bone stock trans, stock converter.

still havent 100% decided on what i want to put in it now, 5 speed swap, or try to find someone who can build an auto.

Just had my stock one break for the second time...leaking oil through the pressure switch itself! I got the http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/A...Unit-Line.html from AMS, worked great to relocate the aftermarket sender... Looking to run a T so I can keep the stock sending unit...having both makes me feel better Looks like you've used quite a few fittings on your setup, where's the best place to get a T connector that'll fit?
