if you take a look at all the pics, it looks like the whole engine bay is just REALLY dirty. probably normal due to all the work being done on the engine. well.... thats my guess anyway.

You'd be sucking in hot air. Very VERY hot air.

Looks better than the RRM kit....I like where the turbo is placed, not crammed in front of the engine.

That's the compressor. Turbines don't exist on superchargers. The turbine is the exhaust side pinwheel (for lack of a better way of putting it) of a turbo.

Although, technically speaking, a turbocharger is a type of supercharger.

Well, I hope RIPP gets all the kinks worked out and have a solid, newbie friendly kit to put out like ive been hearing out there. Well, with the exception of one or two people...

The idea of HP ready for me each time I shift without the need for spool is nice

Of course, the system installs quickly, it's nearly the simplest system we have...

Install break down:
Remove Battery
Install Fuel pressure reg.
Remove header
Remove oil pan
Install no weld oil return
Install oil pan
Install header
Remove Power steering pump put aside IN CAR (not lines)
Install new power mounting bracket
Mount PS to new bracket
Mount SDS Bracket
Install oil feed lines
Install injectors
Fuel pump
Black box
SDS Belt

Check over
Run

6-10HRS

When you say No-Weld for the oil return line do you mean that you use JB weld or something.. and do you need to Tap a line into the bottom portion of the block.. and also .. where do you guys tap your feed lines into.. just curious and getting some of the questions out of the way for the guys who are going to get this kit... and im assuming it comes with all the T's needed in the kit.. for vaccume lines and what not..

The No-Weld line is quite literally that. It threads into the oil pan using an interesting nut/hose combo, so no cutting/welding is needed.. They've posted the pic elsewhere and it should be on their site.

yeah its an easy little fitting you basically just drill a hole and put the fitting in... a nut on the other side tightens on a seal and your done. No tapping required.

u said to run it 6-10 hrs...u mean just let it idle? or lightly drive it? thats a long time to let it idle, i guess its to get all the oil and stuff running through the system and to get the ecu reset to the much added power...right?
