I've never heard of "AutoParts Express".
I wouldn't buy it, no way.

I'd order a Act MB8-XTSS kit from Redlinemotive.com for $370, I just did.

lightningmotorsports has it for 340 with free shipping! but yeah, second his opinion, not a fan of "oem stage 2 2002-2003 clutch lancer 2.0" because lets face it 2002-2005 are the years that I expect a clutch to fit. This seems like either something mislabeled or something like that...just don't trust it for 100 bucks off. I believe RRM's is a clutchmaster's stage 2, can anyone confirm that?

Oh, make sure to get the flywheel resurfaced or get a aluminum flywheel...if you don't it will make bad noises and possibly cause your new clutch kit to "go bad".

I believe they labeled this 02-03 due to it including the throwout bearing/slave combo which came with the 02-03. 04+ has the external slave. I would have to agree with these guys I would go with a genuine brand clutch and stay away from the no name.

If you install the clutch yourself, you'll save about 700 bucks of labor, because the general "shop estimate" is about 7 hours on our car. It will take you much longer doing it in your garage, but I'd only do it if you really trust yourself or have a good mechanic friend. The pdf that senate posted with the manual tells all the torque specs for everything in there, and you should make sure to carefully follow those if you do it yourself. Also, what 03lances said about the slave/throwout, reminds me you might replace that too while it's opened up since I think you have an 02.
