Recommended Turbo

What turbo do you guys recommend for an 03 oz

As many others will suggest too is the 16g evo 8 turbo if your staying with stock internals. Response is very good and power gain is awesome. Plus you can pick pick up a quality used one for cheap. Oem quality made to last 200k miles unlike an ebay turbo meant for max 20k miles.

Alot if you were going to buy one straight from mitsu I could see $1000 easy. Just because they can, dealerships always rape ya.

damn....i might just stick with visuals, like headlights, tail lights, maybe gauges, possible body kit even tho thats pretty expensive too

Gauges? To monitor what? Your coolant temp and fuel pressure on a virtually stock car? Sounds like you want a turbo just to say you have one...

But if you are actually serious about the turbo...The IX turbo is a little better power wise, but obviously spools a TINY bit slower. So if you aren't going to max out the VIII turbo, stick with the VIII turbo. Also the VIII turbo should be dirt cheap because tons of people with an VIII want the IX turbo.

well im selling mine for 180, theres nothing wrong with it, it just came out of an evo 8 mr.

and thats including shipping bro!!! I have an 8 turbo and it spools up great. Im about to get me a 9 turbo once my motor comes in
