boost misfire

ok I cant figure out what the hell is going on

so heres what Im running

93 octane
NGK iridium s in park plugs IX gapped at .19-.21
Magnacore Wires in cylinders 2 and 4
stock coli plugs on 1 and 3
190 lph GSX fuel pump
stock regulator
880cc injectors

It seems like above 10 pounds it wants to misfire or hesitate, I checked my fuel map and it seems fine to me no jumps from rich to lean, timing is excellent by roadspike, but what I noticed after warming up for 3-5 mins I can go out and take it easy and then punch it and it would boost fine to 15 pounds but when I keep driving and boost it wants to misfire/hesitate, Im not sure if its my spark plugs or just whatever but its getting annoying I ran a subaru sti and I was keeping up with him till I had the problem and of course I loose by a long shot.

Any ideas? if you want me to log I will do it tomorrow afternoon

Interesting, i had a few misfires but i was running a gap of .32 im at .22 now and so far its been fine at 6 PSI but your running alot more boost than i am. Have you pulled the plugs yet just for perks, see what they look like?

What do the plugs look like? Check the resistance on the coil packs to make sure they are within factory spec. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge installed?

If your convinced its a spark issue, check it out. replace the plugs is a first and Easy super cheap step..

Im running 13psi on 1200cc injectors with a massive vac leak and have no issues. was at 20psi the other day without any issues. but... i foiled a plug last night so now im haven issues.. LOL trip to autozone it is! LOL doing that right now actually.

Steven it really sounds like your plugs are fouling out do you have extra cold in there or something? I know those tend to foul out quicker than normal heat range.

I got a feeler gauge so ill probably gap my colder plugs to .15-.18 and see if that helps alot more with higher boost

what heat range plugs are you running? i thought anything like above like an 8 was starting to get rather cold of a plug for us. also did YOU gap the iridiums or WERE they gapped before you put them in there. it even says in the ngk book not to gap the iridiums because it will mess up the electrode....

hmmm I gapped the iridiums which I read it in the package but I guess I was thinkning that was for regular cars... I guess I can go buy some new ones and see if that does the trick.

My extra spark plugs I have are the 4644 bkr7e plugs brand new which im assuming you have to gap those correct? but everytime I gap those to .21 I can't boost right right...
