Try lurking around the DSM boards and seeing how much the big boosters have paid? Check out machvmotorsports.com. I know they carry that kind of Eclipse equipment so maybe that will give you a general idea, but keep in mind, since the Lancer isn't exactly a high-po platform, yours will have to be a custom job.

anyone can get forged pistons in their car. someone would have to remove their engine and take it to and engine shop.you can either get your block resleeved or work with your stock block. for maximum strength you shold sleeve it. otherwise you would need to have it honed and then they put these cross lines in your cylinders. then an engine shop would measuere your cylinder bore. depending on the amount of boost you can determine what size you want. if you run high boost they may down size your pistions a little bit to compensate for expansion. you may hear a noise right when your engine starts. its called piston slap. after a few minutes the expand and you are good to go. once your engine shop determines your piston size they will measure your wristpin size and location. from that point the shop can give you a number of measurements and you can call any piston manufacturer and they will make you your forged pistons. the same goes for the rods. customs pistons, rods, rings, wristpins will probably cost you anywhere from $1200-1600. i wouldn't pay anymore for them. if you want to make your block even stronger you can semi or full close the deck of your block. that increases block strength exponentially. for a good head seal you can o-ring the block or step the block where they drop the block down .02 around the sleeve. ( very strong). if you need any info on the head or manifold just ask.
