thinking about getting one of those...do you think the light will go thru the grille? just wanted to get a new cool-looking pair...i can't find a lot of speakers that have lights....

doesnt blaupunkt make one with blue lights? i would totally trust blaupunkt over that illumiwhatever...

 

actually the brand is dual, and blaupunkt does make some lights for the speakers, but it only sold seperately and i would totally trust blau over dual, which is a best buy brand basically.

 

imo rice why not just spend money on a nice set of mb quart or focal?

The worst products - my opinion

 

Don't use dual they are the worst speakers on the market, they will blow in three weeks or less

 

I totally agree go with a good set of speakers and if you want lights get a couple neons or LED lights to stick behind them only speakers that are suposed to be fancy looking are subs in a custom box with amps set around them if you want bling put it there don't bother putting it on your mids thats just tacky

Sound quality first then showy stuff

The speakers where a great concept. I had them in the car audio display wall for customers....they sounded like a$$...but they had blue lights in them right??? Yeah, for about a week, then like the left side of the LEDs burnout. Just like everyone else has said, get something you can be proud of...not pissed off because you spent the money on them!

Oh, btw, go into a Best Buy and listen to them...then you will see the light!

Buy a good speaker and put your own LED's around it if you want lights. Are you going to spend more time looking at the speakers or listening to them?
