i saw this guy in the parking lot at the store and he had blue LEDs running from the back of the drivers side window up around the front of the windshield and back along the top of the passenger window. they were spaced maybe 3 inches and raced around to the other side then back. it was pretty frickin cool in my opinion. i don't know much about interior lighting or anything so i don't know if he rigged it himself or bought it. i was impressed though.

How did they work out under the floor boards? How many did you need to make a difference? Anyone try putting one under the cubby to try to light the center console area?

I'd talk to link, that guy seems to be the king of LED's. And I have a lighted switch in my little cubby, it lights up red, looks pretty neat.

I just put in a scanner light (blue) that is on when my alarm is on. Pretty cool and way more visable than the little red lights. I'll try to take a night pic of it....put it on the backside of my rear view mirror.

my two cents

personally, if you can see led's or neons, they are gay... i installed 8 tubes in my ES... they are the 6 inch ones... easier to work with and hide... i stuck two 6 inch under the front dash up high with wire ties... 1 under each seat... there is a really nice spot inbetween the two bars, attached with wire ties lights up the front and the back and under the seat looks piiiimp.. and two on the top of the fold down.. built amp rack there and then two more in the trunk just under the lip in front of the rear speakers and put two leds.. in the cubby hole drilled two little holes and have them shooting out.. ligthts up the cubby hole and looks super dope...
