don't worry about it. just basic electrical theory. parallel means that the positive and negative terminals are connected together, series means only one terminal is connected. you want your subs in parallel, so you wire them together, then send the signal from the amp to one of the subs. bridged mode means that the amp combines both the left and right channel to make one channel at twice the power. you should run bridged mode at 4 ohms, but your amp should be stable down to 2.

I know your probably getting frustrated w/ me but exactly how do you connect both subs? - to - then + to + and then a wire to the terminal and then the wire from the amp to the terminal?

run a wire from one sub to the other. + to + and - to -. then wire the amp to a speaker normally.
basically, connect the two speakers together in a normal fashion, and connect the amp to one sub in a normal fashion.
