Installing remote starters
#2
I installed one last spring in my moms car. I thought it was pretty straight forward, so long as you have a decent understanding of the cars wiring, and whatnot. Kind of a pain in the *** if the car has an alarm, but other than that its not bad.

its fairly easy, just time consuming. you can do it in a full day, as long as you have all the parts needed. and as long as u have someone to help u match wires while u put which parts are connectred to the wires.

I would not attempt this if you have no experience with remote start wiring. Although there are instructions and some even provide how-to-videos, i do not reccomend for someone who has no installed a remote start before to venture out and try his/her first one alone. Now, if you have someone helping you who is experienced you should be fine.
It will probably take you all day your first time, but once you get them down you will be installing them into almost any car in under a hour...(not all cars apply)
