Ah, Rage bondo. I love that stuff. It sands down nice and quick, and ends up smooth as hell. I like it. So on the right side of your box is that just a port for the sub? Sorry if that was a dumb question, I'm good with auto collision repair stuff like bondo, but I'm not good when it comes to car stereos and electronics haha.

I should let crazy4ozs answer this himself since the question was posed to him, but I'll go ahead and tell ya from personal experience. If you are paying someone to do this kind of work and you aren't getting an insane "friend hookup", yeah...it's expensive! If you are more of a DIY kinda person as I am, it takes a lot more patience and beer than money. It's not that it is extremely difficult, just VERY time consuming. Especially to turn out work like we just saw.

...which brings me to this.....
My hat goes off to Chris Marshall! Please pass on the word that he did an amazing job. Very nice detail work...can't wait to see it painted. Can't wait to see mine painted for that matter. Hell, it's only been out for paint for 5 or 6 months. Ok, now I'm depressed.

Agreed...custom fiberglass work is definitely a cool way to go and color matching pretty much always looks sweet.

All I can say is, if you want to personally try something like this, just research the hell out of it online. There are several good resources for info that you will stumble upon. I think fiberglast.com is one that I used to check out. Also, do some smaller 'trial and error' type jobs to get a feel for 'glass work before tackling a job like ^ that one. Or send me all your $ and I'll whip up something for ya.
