I think Opie was talking about if you should happen to lose your mirror, which I'm not sure either of you has.
Which joint on the mirror assembly is loose? Where the arm meets the windshield bracket, or where it meets the mirror itself?

how about turning the volume down.
my buddy had 10 JL12w3s in his aerostar, 1000watts, sure everything rattled, and the mirror shook, but that's what happens when every air molecule in the car is vibrating at maximum force...

thats all fine and well, i had a system before in my eclipse and the mirror didnt rattle AS MUCH because it was like real stiff. might be because it had the reading lights built in so it was sturdier cuz there was wires and stuff running to it, but i dont know. just wondering if something out there will hold it a bit more still, not completely stop it from vibrating, cuz i know thats impossible. just a little sturdier.

A. get a new mirror that seems sturdier and secure it with something that will hold better than the stock setup.
B. fasten the stock mirror with something, fashion up a support brace or tie some wire around it attached to another point.
C. take the mirror off....
D. live with it
