Simple alarm diagram

Can anyone link me to a simple, laid out wiring diagram/sheet that shows me just what I need to do a remote start/alarm install on my 2006 Lancer ES?

I can get you the wire codes later on today. It tells you what wire goes where and where to tap into it at.

Sorry about that. I forgot to post it last night. I'll get it to you tonight though.

Why is it bad to use 3M auto-stripping t-taps on alarm installs? Do they come undone easily, prone to melting/fires?

I use them. But you must make sure that it makes a good contact. I strip away some of the wire, then place the tap on the wire. I then solder it. I'm a little **** when it comes to connections.

How do I wire up the door locks? I see the power lock you listed says it's a negative pulse, does that mean the unlock is a positive? The alarm wiring has a wire that is (-) Lock, (+)Unlock and another for (+)Lock, (-)Unlock. Which goes to which? Also, do you know if the 06 Lancer requires a second starter output for the remote start feature?

No, the unlock is also a negative pulse. For the door lock, make sure you look up a negative pulse door lock circuit. Google it. If you have no luck, let me know and I'll scan my tech sheet and post it. On your particular alarm, you may need to add a relay to turn your positive unlock to a negative.

You only have 1 starter, but 2 ignitions.
