im thinking to get an alarm...
and by what i read from here... like most ppl say compustar is a good one...

just wondering....is it a huge different in the range between 2WSS and 2WFM?

i saw them both in person....the pager of SS is kinda too big....
so if the range is not that big different i'd get a FM...

what do u guys think?

compustar is a great system. the ss. has up to 11/4 mi.range the fm. has up to 1/4mi. range.

i just called a guy who work on audio to see how much it would be to install......
and he said compustar sucks...
the alarm rings and u can't turn it off....
and he has to remove it from a few cars......

do u guys have prob at all with compustar??
coz i only hear positive feedbacks for them.....

 

i've got a compustar....

if had no problems with it ..... awesome alarm...

the only problem i've had with it, is when im in the movie theatre.....and my alarm warning or siren goes off....
it pages me and rings for about 3 seconds....can get very anoying.

 

Alarm Rings because sensor has been Trigger SO WHY would you want to turn it off? And YOU CAN TURN IT OFF if you want just HOLD on to BUTTON 1 and 3 together it will shut off the sensor for the car.
