Looking for a web site devoted to

Hi all,

I am wanting to do some custom sub box work and such to my evo. I been looking around the net and can't seem to find a good enthusist site devoted to custom box design and basically show car work. I want to go all out and make a nice setup for my subs/amps ect.

Anyone know of any good forums, sites or such that would be good?

You might want to try
http://www.sounddomain.com and look at the members' page. Some of them have some "How to"

snapz - that's a good one, but it only works accurately for smaller ones...

doing a false floor is fairly easy..i'll document mine and post it on here soon..i have all of it done, just need to get pics developed...

basically, remove all the **** from your trunk, mask it all off, and build an mdf frame around the OUTSIDE of your wheel well or whatever you want the sides of the box to be ( I do it this way because it's WAY easier to work with) and then I screw them down into the trunk floor...then ya glass from the bottom of the wood onto the trunk bed...it's very solid in your trunk and you dont have to take it out...make a flat piece of wood as the top trim plate, screw it in, carpet it or whatever and your done.

This one is pretty usefull accually. Those door pods look so easy to do... I thaught a pod like that would have required fiberglass, bondo, sanding, some more bondo, some more sanding, and so on. But no, only some wood, some fabric, some filler and a speaker
