![Question](https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
my friend has a sony 2 channel amp...he has 2 4 ohm subs......ot says the amp can give it out 250 watts at 2 ohms.....so i was wondering can we run the subs in a parallel and hook the positve to the bridge on the one side and the negative on the other side....does that gives us 2 ohms or one ohm?

yup, if u take 2 4ohm subs and wire it parallel, u will get 2 ohm. so take the negative from both subs, connect them, then connect that to the negative on the amp. then take both positives, connect them, then connect that to the positive.
