subwoofers???

just split the wire for your back speakers and run the wire to your subs via the amp

The "modulator" that everyone is talking about is called a PAC converter. The easiest way to put one of these in is to tap them right off the rear speakers in the trunk rather than trying to stuff it behind the head unit. U still have to run a remote lead wire from you amp to your turn on switch wire behind the head unit, but thats much easier than trying to put that little box back there. Plus if you put the pac converter in the trunk you dont have to buy really long rca cables. that is if you dont plan on putting in a new head unit cause if you are than just get really long cables and just bunch em up in the trunk

that's a really good idea
oh well. it wasn't that tough behind the h/u and my rca's were like 16 ft.
