stereo info on tweeters
I just bought the new kicker component set but I don't know where to mount the tweeter.
Has anyone put a component set in their lancer and could you tell me where you mounted the tweeter?

i mounted mine on the front and rear pillars (2 sets that is)... i think that positioning gives you the best stereo imaging

tweets
most people put the tweets where the rear view mirrors are. they just cut out a hole in that flat plastic. it looks pretty good there. i would have done the same thing, but mine aren't component, they're coaxials. i didn't want my car to look any different from stock so hopefully it's less likley to get stolen. (i'm paranoid cause my first car got stolen and stripped, that's all)

yea if i was to take a pic you wouldnt be able to tell the difference... i have the infinity's too

I'm thinking about getting a component set up from Boston Acoustic. Had them in my Jetta and they sounded great.
