Guess that is it. Doing price adjustments later just is not practical. So all slaes are final, price wise.

Does the piggy mess with timing at all, or is it just a set of maps?

Yes... due to the ecu being mapped off the same parameters of MAS signal vs. RPM the adjustements made by the piggy advance the timing in the car. At some points it is as much as 10 degrees advanced.

I've been away on the road for a bit so this is the first I am seeing this.

How are you able to advance timing as much as that and still run 89 octane?

Are you sure there will be no disadvantages to the new PB on the 02-03 since the 04-up have a returnless fuel system that you used to use for the vacuum connection?

How about a hookup for the guy? Z_Lancer... please call in and speak with Rob at RRM. If a piggy is still wanted i know he'll take care of you on a new one. To add... there is NO starting issue on any new boxes.
I did end up selling it. It never worked for me and I was even stranded once cuz the car wouldn't start. I'll take you up Boe on your offer and give Rob a call. I'm now going to turbo route, so this new piggy won't help me any, but perhaps I could get some help with something else.

hmmm.....really wanting this.....unfortuneately I just got the version 1 piggy installed 2 months ago...

Thats a bummer that theres no way to reflash the older split second box....because I'd love to have these new maps, especially since it runs on 89 instead of 91(? I use 93), gas prices alone that's huge.

Props for new product.
