ok, good to hear. I guess that means I'll be holding on to my old one and just send it in to get remapped when the time comes. Untill then I think I'm gonna be looking at getting this new one.

I guess you are referring to turbo map. That is fine. Old box will work with stage 2 still.

hey rock or boe,
whats the word on these possibly becoming plug and play. I seem to remember some talk from a long while ago about creating a wiring harness for the piggyback system so there wouldnt be anymore cutting or splicing.

I understand cost would go up, but just generally curious if this plan is still floating around.

Thus far RRM hasn't found a supplier that can provide these cost effectively. Seems fields harnesses aren't that cheap when your the first one wanting them made. Especially if your only ordering about 50 at a time.

Most companies order hundreds at a time and then there are other companies ordering the same harnesses at hundreds at a time. Right now there is only RRM with a specialty harness. Things are hard due to this.

They are still searching though.

Boe is correct. We will reexplore this again but as it is, a stereo is harder to install than this.
