RRM PIGGY customer service

Hi everyone i just want to show a little love for Road Race and their incredible customer service.

basically this is what happened. i had purchaced a v2 piggy from them brand new. and out of the box i put it on. i used solder and heat shrink and took my time making it look clean (1hr install). started it up got the high rev like instructions said. took it out and the car was insanely boggy. thought to myself ok its just learning no big deal.
few days later still no improvement. throttle response was terrible and the thing was SLOW!~
i knew this couldnt be right dropped the glovebox rechecked everything wiring wise. everything looked good so i decided to give them a call. they told me to check my vacume lines and a few other things. told me it tended to magnify common problems on lancers with more miles. i replaced all the lines and checked out some other things. still no fix. i called back and told em im only 4 hours away maybe i could come up.
went up the next day and they said the map was wrong. reflashed it for free fixed me up good, gave me a tour of the shop, and even hooked me up with a few RRM stickers.

i know its a long post but i just cant believe how awesome their customer service is and how cool they all are. thanks again guys, pulled a mustang GT to 105 on the trip back before letting off

Once you go with our kit, you will be stoked. Virtually double the h.p. Pretty fun stuff.

But why is it so much more expensive than other kit I've seen. There's a Tsi kit for 2800.

TSI is a long way from a done kit. If you want TSI enjoy. IF you want pretuned and rocking kit, you know what to do.

All of our kits are meant to fit the car, No moving stuff and you get to keep the AC and everything down to Cruise Control. Nothing stock gets removed or deleted.

Like a champ. I'm still glad I took that little drive to see you guys. Nice to know I got a dedicated company making the parts on my car and the parts going on it in the future.
