For those needing an o2 sensor replaced

I hated the idea of forking out $300 for an o2 sensor at the dealer, so I bought a Bosch sensor from the link below for $191 and have have had it on for about 70 miles with no CEL yet. Just thought I'd share for those wanting to save some $. You might also want to use the live chat option to speak with a representative to make sure they give you the right sensor.

Because I didn't need wideband, and everyone I talked to said that all the cheap o2's don't work on our Lancers.

This is a far off guess since, as most of you know, I dont own a Lancer. I dont know the part numbers for the Lancer versus the Mirage, but the 2G Eclipse turbo's O2 sensor fits in the Mirage bung and wiring with no problems. I dont know if it would work for you Lancer guys.

I think the sensor output is more of an issue than anything else. Do most/all narrowband O2 sensors use the same 0-1v output range? I'm guessing so, meaning if it fits and wires up then it should work, but I dunno for certain so I don't want to give any bad info.

I tried a 2g Eclipse o2 and it didn't work. And last time I asked about getting a cheaper o2 everyone said to suck it up and go to the dealer. Oh well, it works and that's all I really care about now. LOL
