Meh, this seems to work well enough, plus I don't have AIM or AOL, I only have MSN right now (yeah I know I'm Gates' *****).

More or less higher horsepower, and higher torque, but depending on the cam profile you may gain more of one and less of the other. The cam choice also plays a part in when the power comes in.

i want to move faster in a higher gear, prolly around 4000-4500rpms. 50-65 takes like 10minutes, whats the best bang for the buck? i deff need more power, but i dont wanna spend alot more money.

i can feel that i have some nice midrange power, but 1st n 2nd gear isnt as nice as i would like, power dont kick until almost 3rd gear (50+mph)

Best bet would be a header, throttle body, and intake manifold. After that, you get into more difficult modifications (ie ones requiring tuning).
With my current setup I can go from 60-100 km/h in less than a minute.

im looking at diff headers now... RPW is ALOT of money, RRM dont come with a DP, and kamikaze r 'ok'... so im stuck. i think i want springs, wheel gap is CRAZY, but i have an ES so i dont have much options.

For headers, I would suggest RRM, I have a set of their and they are very well made, direct install, plus they're not too expensive. For me a downpipe wasn't worth the extra cash of the RPW set up, unless I was FI. As for springs, don't bother, in a years time your stock shocks will be blown and you'll have a very bumpy ride. If you're going to touch the suspension, get a set of coilovers, either NEX or TEIN, unless you want a race ready set up, in which you have TEIN or JIC. For an intake manifold, you can buy one from RRM, buy a 4g93 manifold, or get your stock one bored out, its up to you. With the TB, either buy the RRM one, or have a very established shop do it, as they not only have to bore it, they have to replace the butterfly.

i've been told the TEIN coilovers wont fit on the ES, and will the NEX fit the ES? abnd do they come wit the struts?

and a 4g93 manifold wont have to be bored out? should it just be a direct replacement? i want my car to be drivin Daily, and still beable to take it to a track and perform good w/o having to replace everything

The TEIN coilovers do fit the ES, you just need to buy the OZ front strut mounts and the strut bearings. The NEX come pre-assembled with their own steel mounts so they should bolt right in to either the ES or the OZ. Both systems come with struts, that is what distinguishes true coilovers with crappy ebay sleeves, which are not fit for any vehicle.
A 4g93 manifold would need to be bored out to achieve its true benefit, plus you'll need to do some custom work (nothing too complicated, basically need to make a bracket and something else, do a search and it'll pop up), but with another manifold you can leave it at the shop and continue to drive your car.
