anyone running aftermarket connecting rods?
well guys, i'm looking for some specs on the connecting rods in our car (4G94). i was told by RRM that anyone who has ordered the forged rods from them got a spec sheet included in the box and therefore could help me out. otherwise, is there anyone else who knows the specs on our rods? mainly looking for center to center length, big end diameter, pin diameter, etc. thanks for any help!

There aren't that many people. Nobody besides RRM gets rods for the 4g94. Your best bet would be either to have a custom set made (need one stock one and a good shop will know what to do from there) for about 500 bucks, or tack up and get RRM's for 800. Another thing you can do allegedly is find another engine with teh same bore and stroke and look into their rods, but I'm not sure about that one.

well other vendors sell the same brand that RRM resells, and cheaper, but i'm looking for other options as well.
and i AM trying to find another engine with the same specs as ours, which is why i'm asking someone to give me the specs on our engines!!! i figure if i get all the stock rod dimensions then i can search for rods that will work. in the same way i found out the ARP head studs for a toyota 3s gte fit the lancer 4g94
