i have yet to mess with the belts on my car, is it a pain in the ***? my RRM pulley should be here on the 8th and i will put it on at work with the impact tools we have. i was just worried about doing something wrong with the belts.

I just bought my Lancer(2002 Lancer OZ auto) like a few weeks ago and I've been looking to get a few mods for it, and one of them happens to be the RRM Crank pulley. I don't know if I would be able to install it myself, what is a good estimate of how much a shop would charge to install it?

everyone says that this is a wicked easy install... i am a bit nervous messing around with the belts, but it appears RRM gives adequate instructions. i just would need to have my car jacked up with the wheel and splash guards off so i could compare in my head the figures RRM provides to what is actually on my car.
i am expecting this to be a little difficult because it will be my first time screwing around with the belts on any car, but people have complained more about the bolt and how good it's torqued on... and i am not worried about that in the least bit because we have a nice air gun at work with a huge compressor.
i plan on bringing my pully, and my video camera to work tomrrow and i will do my best to videotape the entire installation. i think that this would be a little more nifty than any write up and that it could really help some guys out.
to the guys who have the pulley installed and did it themselves: was it difficult messing with the belts, and are they relatively easy to get tightened back down to spec? am i more worried about this than i should be?
i tore a radiator out of a guy's cavalier at work and put in a new one this morning, so if i can do that i guess my buddy and i can handle a pulley on my car, right?
