Cost of new Cat converter for Lancer OZ Rally?

So,

My car has the P0421 code recall. My car is no longer under warranty. What would dealer charge me for the software and new cat converter? I really dont wanna know,but..

how many miles do you have on the car?

if you have under 80K miles they HAVE to cover the cat converter for free
and the software was a recall, so they should do that for free too.

then you are probably gonna have to buy a cat converter. The emissions is only warrantied up to 80K miles.
the computer flash should still be free....if it needs doing. You can still get that code even if the ECU flash has already been done. It is just from the cat converter itself.

if i where you i'd just get an RRM testpipe or something, they are like $70.
or you can look around here on the forums and see if anyone is selling a stock one.
Or you can just buy a new one, search google or something.

The chances are the dealership are gonna charge you 2x as much. So try and avoid that.

just buy a high flow cat online for $50-$60 and have a muffler shop weld it up there.
