In my personal experience with JHC, I'd say that I don't want that crap on anything I buy. Horrible quality. I bought a set of headers DIRECTLY from JHC with their coating. Things were rusting and losing the coating after a month. Their reply? "Just send them back, we'll send you more." No thanks.
So, to sum up, I'd prefer a non-JHC header from RRM. But that's just my two cents.

i am looking forward to this since i want to keep the car NA (family car). i have been reading alot about RRM their post and their product reviews. all the stuff i've read gave me the impression that they are very dedicated to what they do. i haven't bought anything yet (money issues) but i feel that RRM is the way to go.

We have been working on a header for the new Lancer and we have a couple of running prototype now. We are playing with runner lengths but it will not be long before we go into production. We have a version that will fit both California and Federal (other 49 states). People have been asking so I thought I would post up to inform folks since we are getting close now.

I think that they should be fairly easy. There is a lot of space behind the engine. You should just have to move the bolts and the old manifold. I believe that the O2 sensor bung is not is the exhaust manifold. I hope RRM includes torque specs. I don't want to over tighten the bolts and warp the head.

Changing antenna will void warranty. Good thing is that the dealer has to prove that part "X" cause your problem related to warranty so don't stress out oo much. Plus you can swap it out ina 1/2 hour or so if you need to take the car into the dealer with all it virginity intact. Should not be a burden.
