If you say the word PZEV and Header to Rock one more time, he may go postal and take it out on the PZEV header project and those working on it. lol

We are working on it. Still running good but not had time to pay with CEL this week. IT has been all about turbo. See that thread for smoking burnout vids. Meantime design was what was recommended to us by expert header makers. Space is part of the issue but dynos prove we awere on the right track.

PZEV header is working great but causing CEL. I lined up a guy today to get that resolved. Hopefully early this week we will have the solution. Meantime we are building the headers themselves for PZEV. Hope that everything wil be ready at the same time.

Extenders did not work like we hoped. Now it is a matter of a specific electronic device to alter signal.

Nothing. But it doesn't always work. Cars can be sensitive about it, ESPECIALLY the PZEV models.

Gotta remember, a cat is being removed. That changes the way the car handles the A/F curve and such.

IT is hyper sensitive. That is why some items take extra time , effort and money to develop correctly. Should have PZEV headers soon but CEL eliminator is delayed. Maybe we will sell them separately. We will see. Meantime, FED header ROCKS OUT WITH YOUR @#$% OUT!

ah... I didn't know that. I didn't remember reading anything about the pre-cat being removed. That's good to know information

That's cool, Rock. Take your time to make sure it's the best it can be. I'd rather it take a while to get a quality product than to get something rushed to market with loads of issues.

I belive the correct thing to do is wait on releasing the product with issues. Once the SES light is fix with w/e way you fix it. but that is just IMO
