From Weapon R's Site:
"A Breather filter relieves your engine of positive crankcase pressure and recycled carbon vapors from your engine, which cause loss of throttle response due to build-up on the throttle body. The Dragon Breather helps resolve that problem, by venting the vapors into the atmosphere."
From this it sounds like the breather screws with the pressure inside the crankcase so that Co2, etc. gets dumped straight into the air rather than be recycled through the intake manifold...I think I'll stick with a PCV. What a cool philosophy: instead of gunking up a throttle body...lets gunk up breathable air instead! And with this thing it looks like you'd run the risk of dumping exhaust gas directly back into the crankcase since theres no positive pressure to keep it flowing properly. They do have a purpose for some instances; but not on daily drivers.

And even with a turbo kit, the breather filter is a joke option. You SHOULD be running a catchcan both because it shows how much oil blowby you're experiencing AND because it's more efficient than the easily clogged breather filter.

having a breather filter in a turbo kit is more cost effective for the people building the kits... its recommend just to get a catch can when u get a turbo. so just a breather filter right now wont do anything. a buddy of mine with an s2k put a breather on and got a ref ticket. so dont waste your money
