set your timing back to 0 when you turbo and tune again on a dyno. My 2 cents...

No since they're not made for the car and will require modification. Why spend big bucks on the injen piping when you're gonna have to cut it to make it fit? You don't need a new radiator as the stock one works just fine and for a BOV, I would go with the stock evo 9 DV.
