The exhaust looks great, I may get this one, any idea on prices? I think there is a video of this exhaust on you tube, or at least the tip looks the same. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XOpAhuz-zCI

Here are some videos. The one posted above is titled as a dual exhaust, this is not. BTW I think on the video from inside the car, my friend might have had her finger on the mic, but it's not too loud from the inside. I'll retake it later.

Any other questions you guys want me to ask when I call tomorrow?

So far,

-Resonator
-Price Range

I don't think it sounds similar to stock, but I do admit it isn't loud. I think the main reasons that stand out are as stated. The throttle response on this is pretty impressive. I definitely feel a difference when I step on the gas, especially on the freeway. I also believe that it has improved my gas mileage. Since I got it, HKS filled up my gas tank before I picked it up on Friday morning and i've driven all around L.A./O.C. and I have over half a tank still. To me that is what was most obvious and stood out, as i've paid attention to it. As for looks, you've all seen the pictures, it looks great. I do recommend this, but to be straight forward if you're looking for a loud ricey exhaust, this isn't for you.

This is my favorite axle-back for the 08 lancer so far. I love the looks, and its pretty quiet. One thing I do not want is a loud 4 cylinder! Nice kit.

resonator?

It's what makes your exhaust quieter

^ I think you're confused because it's not really a dual exhaust.

Is this a universal exhaust? or an 08 lancer specific one?

this one was made specifically for the '08. It's not out yet, so the guy above probably has a universal exhaust.

Looks pretty good, that extra resonator is a bit weird though. But 4hp for it being only axle back and being that quiet is still pretty good. Might have to look into this one. Still makes a nice pop sound as the engine slows too.

though ill be waiting to see how the magnaflow cat back turns out... weather they actually make a cat back or if they give up and just make it axle back like everyone else.

Might have to give a works style exhaust AKA. pipe with no muffler a go and see just how loud it is before i go ordering anything. If its not too loud then it obviousley would have the best performance increase being just a pipe.
