That converted horsepower figure is almost 170 at the wheel which really isn't that bad considering the the 3L 6G72 puts out about the same (obviosly with significantly more torque). Maybe it was the the 4 cyl. MIVECs that we're overrated...hm. I suppose if you have the cash and don't want a highly modified car (or at least engine) but still want to go fast(er), there is this option. Still though, better results are available through forced induction. About the install, is there any relocation involved of things like the battery, fluid reservoirs, etc.? Thanks RPW and Dave for your time for posting the pics.

Personally, I'd stick with our 4G94 and wait on RPWs DOCH version and get something like the RRM turbo and wait for their 2nd stage, then you "should" be able to take the turbo and fit it to the new RPW 4G94 and be quite happy

The 2.5 mivec conversion motor good for around 190 kw is something we are completing over the next month for two clients now. We are waiting on the forging of new pistons and then finishing the project off
No everything bolts into the australian car like normal nothing needed to be relocated - and to my understanding from Vision Imports who did this same conversion on there mirage they did not have to do anything needing relocating either - as well we use teh FTO dash assy in the Mirage and it is a much better looking setup with higher rpm tacho built in etc.
