Lancer Stock Fuel Pressure

Any one know what the stock fuel pressure of the Lancer is? I'm getting a FPR and need to know where to tune from.

should be 38psi... just like every other mitsu (at least by mitchel shop manuals). turbo mitsus use 44psi.
