Stalls...

My car seems to stall out when I'm in first when I'm stop, I don't have a lot of experience with cars but I am leaning towards that the problem is the spark plugs, is replacing them a possible solution? Is there anything else that I may be missing? Thank you.

Can you be more specific in terms of what it is doing and what sounds and noises you are getting? Could be TPS, could be solved by adjusting the BISS screw, could be tune up related etc etc.

there are no unusual sounds, just say i pull up to a stoplight, I am pushing on the brake and clutch just sitting there. The car will rev up and down from 2000-2600rpms completely at random. If I have just started the car it will do the same thing and after about 30 seconds will idle down to about 1000rpms and shutoff from there. I can make a video and post it on youtube if that would be helpful?

Tap the MAS and see if that affects the car running at all. I can recommend some free tips to help diagnose before you spend money but ultimately without much details, it would be stabs in the dark.

Try the MAS test and see what happens. Also, are you throwing any codes?

Tap the MAS and see if it does anything to the idle.

Check your connections and make sure you dont have a leak somewhere in the connectors of the CAI. Other than that, my next inclination would be bad IAC or TPS.
