cylinder numbers

Can anyone tell me if your looking at the motor (4g94) under the hood how the cylinder numbering goes? The reason i am asking is i did some troubleshooting on a miss firing I had in cylinder four and swapped the injectors around and now i am miss firing in cylinder three. so with that i am guessing a bad injector... HAHAHA any help would be appreciated...

Cylinders are numbered from crank pulley to flywheel. So looking into the engine bay, 1-2-3-4.
