Magnaflow on PZEV Car?

I'm looking to get the Magnaflow catback for my 2010 Lancer GTS. Only problem is I haven't heard of anyone putting it on a PZEV car like mine. Anyone know if the install will be the same as the FED cars or does the PZEVs additional cat converter make it impossible to install the system without removing the second cat?

Also if anyone has done this on a PZEV car could you please post some pics.
Thanks.

couldnt imagine why you couldnt just chop and swap the muffler itself.

I'm sure I could do that. But I'm a mechanic, and an **** retentive one at that. So that being said, I'd like to be able to install the catback without haking it up or the oem system either. Other than what is necessary for the normal installation anyway.

What I really need to know is if the spot you cut the oem system off at for the FED car install is occupied by the second cat converter on my PZEV car?

Basically, can someone post pics of the front section of the exhaust for both cars so I can compare the two and hopefully figure this out before ordering the Magnaflow system.

Those are the only photos I have on my FED spec. You HAVE to cut your oem exhaust about 2" after the cat, the Magnaflow midpip clamps onto your oem exhaust.

I think the magnaflow requires custom fitting

Thanks p1llar. Now I just need to get my car into work and on the lift to check out the exhaust. Really hoping the second converter doesn't come back too far.
