RRM header poll
OK, my next goal is to attack the exhaust. I want an RRM header, but I'm not looking forward to having CEL (technically "Service Engine Soon") on all the time. If a real problem should occur, I'd like to be aware. I searched, but didn't find this exact question, so I'll put it like this:
Those of you who have had RRM's header for awhile, how many have CEL issues?
Thanks for the input.

You could just put black electrical tape over the dash where the cel is too, but i think an cel eliminator is a much better solution. At least that way if your car throws an error code that isnt related to the o2 sensors, youll be able to see the cel and know something is up with your car. Just my thoughts on the issue....

You need to do more research, its not just exhaust or intake. Any sensor on the car, dealing with the mechanical systems, can show an error at which time the cpu will throw the cel. There are millions of error codes that can throw a cel. The point is the car can "diagnose" itself and visibly show something is wrong, even if the problem isnt visible.
