fuse and electrical questions

Alright so I swapped a new(used) 4g94 into the lancer and I have everything hooked up, but there was a loose ground when I connected the battery cables and sparks flew everywhere. Blew the three fuses in that second fuse compartment right next to the main one in the engine bay. Any idea what the official name for these fuses is? Also, I have a random cable that isn't hooked up to anything that has a boot on the end, ignition cable maybe? The ignition cable connector's plastic end is broken as well. Any input is helpful, I'll answer questions as best as I can
