i dont have mine either. ive been emailing back and forth with these guys. i think i'll give them a phone call if i dont hear from them over the weekend. they told me the next shipmetn would be in after the 1st of the year...here we are 1/2 way through january, and no tracking number even, let alone the actual intake.......

I think its getting real close to the time we all should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If enough do it , it could either light a fire under their A**es or get them shut down.

 

if we all had been charged for the intake, it would be a definite lawful problem. We would bring the law into it, but they havent charged us, which is weird. cause it gives them the right to take out the money whenever they get the intakes in. i dont like that idea.

most places don't charge you until they ship the item. i would be more worried if they had already taken the money out and you didn't have the intake.

Hello - i spoke with someone earlier in december and they said that my SRI would be in off of back order after the new year. Well it is now January 20th, and I have not even gotten a tracking number, which to me, is your company communicating to me that you do not want my business. I ordered this intake NOVEMBER 17, 2004! It has been over 2 months, and many phone calls and emails have been sent. I realize that you have to get this from your distributers, but that does not take 2 months to do. If i do not recieve a tracking number on my intake telling me it has been shipped to my house by January 31, 2005, i will persue a full cancelation with no charges attached to me. This has been very unacceptable as a fellow car tuner. Members of my evolutionm.net forum that have also purchased this intake have not recieved it yet either. We are waiting! You have 10 days to comply with my complaint / request. Thank you

Here is the reply i got to my email from Steve at Streetstyler.com

"Ok if you can no longer wait for the manufacture to supply us with more we
will go ahead and void the order. Since nothing was shipped nothing was
charged. Again it was a factory backorder and unfortunately we have no
control over the turn around time the manufacture needs to produce more
products once the inventory is completely sold out ahead of schedule.

Please let me know if there is anything that I can do to assist you
further. Thanks for being such a good customer and we greatly appreciate
your business. "
