I used some household spray cleaner/de-greaser and super-soft towels. It worked very well. It was kind of a pain getting in all the small spaces, but not too bad. It wasn't like "show-ready" sparkling shiny, but it was very clean. I do want to put in a different heat shield and or manifold pipes... that's the one ugly/rusty looking part. Pics:
